I understand that seating for this event is limited. If, after registering, I discover that I cannot attend, I agree to cancel my registration to make room for someone else.

I understand that Acappella Ministries and The Acappella Company Staff reserve the right to refuse anyone for any reason. By registering for this event, I agree to abide by these decisions should they affect me.

I understand that portions of this event may be photographed and/or video recorded. By registering for and attending this event, I agree to be photographed and/or video recorded. I hereby grant The Acappella Company full and unrestricted permission to use and the rights to my image, likeness, and/or sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed, and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. I, also, understand that this material may be used in diverse productions within an unrestricted geographic area.

In the event of a dispute, I agree to submit to Arbitration to be decided in Nashville, Tennessee using the rules and procedures of Christian Conciliation. I understand any lawsuit filed outside of the agreed-upon venue or method will be subject to dismissal due to the terms of this agreement.
