I understand that ONLY auditioned and approved singers will be allowed into the venue during recording. I agree to NOT bring my friends or family members who are not registered singers to the building on recording days. Friends and family members WILL be allowed for Bible Class and Worship on Sunday morning, as well as for any public events, such as SongFest that may or may not happen during the recording weekend.

As I interact with Praise and Harmony staff, volunteers, and other singers, through email, text, phone, and in person, I agree to be kind and considerate, treating others the way I would like to be treated.

I understand that I am registering to audition for a large group recording to be held in Edmond, OK from September 2-4, 2027. As of the time of registering, I believe that I am available to be in Edmond on those dates.

I understand that I will be required to audition to be a part of this recording and that there is no guarantee that I will be accepted. Additionally, the sooner I audition, the greater my chances of being accepted in to this recording.

I understand that I am registering for a professional-quality recording and I am expected to practice and memorize the assigned songs before the recording.

I understand that Praise and Harmony singers are volunteers. No compensation is provided. If accepted as a singer, I am willing and able to volunteer my time and talents for this recording.

I understand that large group environments can be prone to spreading illness and that it is recommended that I NOT attend if this is of concern to me.

I understand that if I have symptoms of a potentially contagious illness, I am expected not to attend. The Praise & Harmony staff reserves the right to screen individuals for illness each day and also reserves the right to require a negative covid or other illness test for entry into the venue each day.

I understand that travel, lodging, and meals ARE NOT provided to singers. If accepted as a singer, I will be prepared to secure my own lodging and meals during the recording weekend and make any necessary travel arrangements for myself.

I understand that Praise & Harmony recordings can be physically challenging as singers are expected to stand for many hours while recording.

I understand that the HVAC system in the recording room must be turned OFF during audio recording to eliminate the hissing sound it creates when it is on. The system will be turned on overnight and as much as possible during breaks to keep the room as cool as possible.

I understand that the sheet music and training tracks that I will receive are copyrighted material. Once I gain access to these materials, I agree not to copy, share, or distribute them.

I understand that Acappella Ministries reserves the right to refuse any volunteer based on behavior or dress.

In the event of a dispute, I agree to submit to Arbitration to be decided in Nashville, Tennessee using the rules and procedures of Christian Conciliation. I understand any lawsuit filed outside of the agreed-upon venue or method will be subject to dismissal due to the terms of this agreement.
